How do I create an account?
How do I change my account details?
  • To change your personal details, go to “My Account” located on the upper right side of the website.
  • Click on “Edit” under personal details. 
How do I reset my password?
  • Go to the Login page.
  • Click on Forgot Your Password at the bottom.
  • Type in your email address to get a link to change your password.
  • Open your email and click on the link provided. 
  • Enter your new password and click submit.

HOW TO ORDER?

How do I place an order?
  • Select items that you like. Proceed by clicking “Add to Cart” to store the item/s in your cart.
  • REVIEW items in your cart. If you wish to remove an item, look for the “remove” option below the name of the item. If you want to add quantity, simply hover to the quantity and click the up arrow. Select “Update Cart” afterwards.Provide the shipping details. 
  • CHECKOUT the items once you’re okay with your order. 
  • Note: You should receive an email confirmation within a couple of hours. Use the order number in order to track your order.
Can I check out without creating an account? 
  • Absolutely! You may check out the items using our guest account. However, you will not be able to receive exciting deals from us. It is highly recommended that you create an account with us so you may be able to enjoy different perks.

What are your payment channels?
  • You may pay via GCash, BDO, and BPI. We also accept credit card payments.

How can I track my order?
  • Click the TRACK ORDER on the menu and input your tracking number.
